Booking.
A booking is not confirmed until it has been purchased through the Chisel Pottery website or payment has been received via an alternative agreed payment method
All bookings are non-refundable
Chisel Pottery reserves the right to change/amend opening hours to accommodate for holidays; if we need to reschedule you will be given at least 2 weeks notice
Cancellations by customer.
All bookings
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, bookings can be rescheduled to a new date within 6 months of the original booking date if notice is given 7 days prior to original booking date
Rescheduling a booking will incur a £50 admin fee per each ticket purchased.
Course bookings
If you are unable to attend a session in a course block then no refund will be given for that session; if possible, we will give you the option to replace the missed session on an alternative date but this is reliant on space availability

Chisel Pottery reserves the right to cancel a session or course
If we need to cancel a session or course we will do our best to reschedule your booking, however, if this is not possible then a refund will be given
If a refund is requested, please allow 14 days for this to be processed
Chisel Pottery is not liable for any loss that may be incurred to the customer if a booking is canceled by us
Filming notice.
We might be recording any of our events and courses for promotional stuff. If you don't want to be on camera, just send us an email or let one of our team members know before the course starts. Unless you clearly express your objection to being filmed or photographed, you hereby give your consent for your image to be used in our promotional and marketing materials.
Pottery Studio Rules For Open Studio Members
All members are expected to label their work, maintain their tools, and manage their own clay needed for personal use.
Clearly mark all containers with their contents.
Use only Chisel Pottery clay for making and firing ceramics.
All studio members must clean up after use, including equipment, tools, tables, wheels.
Avoid putting clay in sinks; dispose of clay slurry in designated buckets to prevent clogs.
Respect our facilities; this studio is not intended for production potters.
Treat fellow studio members with kindness and respect; address conflicts promptly with staff.
Handle only your own work; avoid touching or moving others' pieces, as they may be fragile.
Items left in the studio 15 days past the last payment date will be removed.
Please note that membership package hours reset every month and do not roll over to the next period.
Studio time and clay passes must be booked on our website in advance; we do not accept walk-in customers.

Firing and glazing services will be calculated by item weight. Please ask staff for current pricing.
